Lisbon, Portugal (or Lisboa as it’s spoken by the locals) was a city along the Tagus River where it empties into the Mediterranean. We had one day to see this beautiful city, and came away wanting more. There was the Tower of Belem, Jeronimo’s Monastery, and the famous Alfama District, to name a few places, and much more to see in this historical and vibrant city.
